TransPerfect is seeking a capable Localization Project Manager in Mexico City to oversee multiple projects from start to finish. You will coordinate all phases, liaise with sales for parameters, and negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors.

The role also involves budgeting, documentation, and quality checks across global teams. Candidates should have at least one year in a similar role, strong English communication, and excellent multitasking abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1 year of professional experience in localization/project management or a similar corporate role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the life-cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate all project phases and predict the lifespan of stages.
• Liaise with sales to clarify project parameters.
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors.
• Maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
• Monitor project status and manage finances including budgeting.
