Qualifications

• Must have two or more years of experience in HR related fields, or two or more years providing support to individuals in difficult situations, or two or more years of leadership and escalation experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Life Event Services (LES) support to Latin America, Cayman Islands, and Canada.
• Collaborate with regional HR, Benefits, HR Shared Services, Corporate Security and global LES partners to align processes.
• Provide case management support from initial inquiry through resolution.
• Answer inquiries promptly with empathy and accuracy, documenting facts in the system of record.
