Cemex is seeking a CXU Analyst to support the design and development of learning experiences aligned with global business needs. The role requires collaboration with business leaders and active participation in creating innovative learning solutions.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Support Global Business Leaders in aligning learning experiences.
• Participate in the design & facilitation of collaborative sessions.
• Become an expert user of all CXU learning technology.
• Coordinate the deployment of Learning Programs through HR network.

Conocimientos

Excellent spoken and written English

Excellent spoken and written Spanish

High multicultural communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Internet / Tech Savvy

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

Creative mindset

Educación

BA in Design, Communication, International Relations, Psychology, Education or Marketing
