Schneider Electric in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Process Industrialization Lean Leader to define and deploy the 3P methodology across assembly, ETO and PCBA, and to lead redesigns that reduce cost and improve flow.

You will build a global network of Lean Process leaders, coach sites, and ensure CAPEX decisions align with 3P upfront while driving takt-time driven performance and ramp-up efficiency.

Formación

• 10–15+ years in industrial environments with progressive responsibility across Industrialization, Manufacturing or process engineering.
• Hands-on leadership of real industrial deployments: New line design and ramp-up; Line duplication or major engineering.
• Exposure to Lean / TPS-based transformations, ideally applied upstream during product process design.

Responsabilidades

• Define, deploy, and continuously improve the 3P methodology.
• Lead or coach redesign initiatives to eliminate non-value-added automation.
• Improve flow, footprint, maintainability, and ramp-up based on takt time and single piece flow.
• Build and drive the plant to integrate 3P in OLM and Industrialization Referential Upstream Design & CAPEX Arbitration
• Translate learnings into scalable design rules and challenge legacy standards and architecture.
• Interface with Industrialization Assembly and other domains to improve process design and investment principles.
