Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required and proven leadership of Application Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Application Support Analysts for scheduling and corporate applications.
• Oversee incident, problem and change management in line with ITIL practices.
• Support testing, monitoring, dashboards, and reporting for performance and reliability.
• Provide on-call coverage and coordinate with IT leadership and vendors.
