Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in business/marketing/tourism or related field.
• Work experience: any; up to 1 year ideal.
• Language: upper-intermediate English; additional languages a plus.
• International experience is a plus.
• Sales drive with targets and results in fast-paced settings.
• People skills to build relationships and deliver service.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments, sometimes on weekends.
• Team player with collaboration and cultural awareness.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools for leads and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own your sales pipeline from first contact to enrollment.
• Conduct consultations and virtual office meetings guiding options with empathy.
• Host information meetings to present EF programs to prospective students.
• Make welcome home calls to nurture relationships after initial contact.
• Develop nurturing strategies via email and social media to keep prospects engaged.
