Job summary

WorldStrides in Mérida, Mexico seeks a Sales Representative for student travel programs. You’ll connect with schools, teachers and organizations to share travel opportunities. If you’re curious, communicative, and empathetic, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team that values growth and trust over competition. No prior sales experience required, training provided.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with on-site and remote elements, and contribute to meaningful experiences for students.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows, Excel and Word, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents, students, or leads using provided scripts and contact lists.
• Handle inbound calls from prospective parents and students and discuss the value of the program.
• Clearly communicate the value of our programs and answer basic questions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly call quotas and sales performance targets.
• Follow up with interested contacts to guide them through next steps.
