A global leader in rotating equipment solutions is looking for a technical support specialist. In this role, you will provide Level 1 remote technical support, manage service requests, and ensure smooth operation of IT services for employees. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience in customer service or IT support. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for this position, along with intermediate English proficiency.

Formación

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a customer service–focused environment and IT service desk.
• Experience with hardware, software, operating systems, networking.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 remote technical support to all employees.
• Manage tickets per BIS standards and ensure SLT targets are met.
• Support OS installation and maintenance for PCs and devices.
