DSV is seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of IT services for Lead Logistics customers. You will bridge customers, business stakeholders, and IT teams, supporting onboarding, migrations, and implementations in a global environment.

You will coordinate multiple technical teams, manage dependencies and risks, and drive service delivery excellence with a focus on the US region and international operations.

Formación

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Transportation and 3PL/4PL/LLP processes.
• Strong understanding of Transport Management Systems (TMS) and related logistics processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage IT service delivery activities across geographically distributed teams.
• Act as IT counterpart for customers and stakeholders during implementations and service transitions.
• Coordinate onboarding, migrations, enhancements, and implementations from planning through go-live.
• Review BRDs, functional specs, and designs, translating business needs into technical deliverables.
• Lead technical discussions and requirement clarification sessions with stakeholders.
