DSV – Global transport and logistics in Mexico City is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to support and manage WMS Blue Yonder systems, ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement in a global logistics environment.

You will work with IT and business teams, handle incidents, configure WMS components, and contribute to deployment projects. Fluent English required; a IT degree and strong Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher expertise preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Blue Yonder / JDA WMS (Dispatcher).
• Hands-on experience with WMS configuration and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of MOCA, DDA, and JDA Integrator.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with ticketing/support systems.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for WMS applications, primarily Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher.
• Manage and coordinate WMS infrastructure components (Oracle DB, Citrix, network, hardware).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, logistics teams, and external vendors.
• Support implementation and optimization of warehouse systems.
• Act as a technical consultant for WMS-related processes and solutions.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and high-quality operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
