Novartis in Mexico City is seeking a Scrum Master to drive delivery excellence for global digital projects. You will coach Agile teams, manage end-to-end IT initiatives, and apply Waterfall or hybrid governance when needed.

You will partner with Product Owners, lead ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure risk, quality, and compliance are on track across a large, matrixed organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Agile / Scrum certification required (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification strongly preferred.
• Coaching or Continuous Improvement certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one to two Scrum teams of medium to high complexity; typical USD 3M+ in Agile team accountability.
• Serve as a servant leader, coaching teams to live Agile values and continuous improvement.
• Establish a high-trust, high-performance environment enabling self-organization.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to protect teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and flow of work.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects using Waterfall or hybrid governance when required.
• Drive stakeholder communications and maintain transparent project reporting.
