• Experience leading multiple complex projects with globally distributed teams.
• Business-proficient English language required.
• Onsite work at a manufacturing campus in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical and infrastructure project delivery.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud, Applications, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Support manufacturing site expansion, technology deployments, localization, and UAT.
• Provide executive-level updates and manage stakeholders across regions.
