Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Import/Export Operations Specialist in a hybrid role based in Mexico. The position requires 2-3 years of import/export experience and mandatory IMMEX program expertise, with advanced English. You will oversee cross-border movement, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with customs authorities and brokers.

This global role emphasizes process improvement, SAP familiarity, and strong coordination across teams in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in Import/Export.
Advanced English language required.
Experience with IMMEX program is mandatory.
Experience in government audit desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee import-export operations to ensure compliant movement of goods across borders.
Maintain compliance with import-export regulations and documentation.
Coordinate with customs authorities and brokers to facilitate clearance.
Partner with brokers to drive continuous improvement in processes.
