Fresenius Medical Care (FME) is seeking a Senior HR Manager – MSC Transformation Program to lead the HR workstream of global Manufacturing & Supply Chain transformations. This role partners with senior leaders, HR teams, and international stakeholders to translate business priorities into people strategies and enable organizational change across multiple locations.

The position offers hybrid/on-site arrangements depending on location, with an emphasis on strategic HR leadership, change

Formación

Experience in HR transformation projects.
Experience leading international transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead the HR workstream for global MSC transformation programs.
Partner with business leaders to define transformation strategies and execution plans.
Drive change management and organizational enablement across programs.
Act as strategic HR partner, aligning people strategies with business needs.
Lead project planning, governance, KPIs, timelines, and risks.
Collaborate with HR teams across countries to share best practices.
Support business cases and assess people-related impacts.
Embed sustainable change across the organization.
