Honeywell busca un Sr IT Project Mgmt Specialist para liderar un equipo en San Luis Potosí, con modelo híbrido. Integrará la estrategia IT con objetivos del negocio y garantizará la entrega de proyectos dentro del alcance, costo y plazo, reportando al Director IT Senior.

El candidato ideal posee 5+ años en gestión de proyectos IT, experiencia en liderazgo y certificaciones PMP/ScrumMaster. Se exige inglés avanzado y capacidad para trabajar con equipos multiculturales.

Formación

• Mínimo 5 años gestionando proyectos IT y al menos 5 años en rol de liderazgo.
• Habilidades de liderazgo para guiar equipos de alto rendimiento.
• Historial comprobable de entrega de proyectos IT dentro de alcance, costo y plazos.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y gestionar proyectos de IT desde inicio hasta cierre siguiendo metodologías y buenas prácticas.
• Definir alcance, objetivos y entregables con equipos transfuncionales.
• Mantener planes, cronogramas y presupuestos, rastrear progreso y riesgos.
• Coordinar recursos internos y proveedores para asegurar el éxito del proyecto.
• Reportar estado, actualizaciones y riesgos a la dirección y stakeholders.
• Garantizar que entregables cumplan estándares de calidad y expectativas del cliente.
• Impulsar mejoras continuas en procesos de gestión de proyectos.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and allocate resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project success
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
• Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced English Level
