American Airlines is seeking a skilled People Business Partner to advise leaders on HR strategies across multiple countries. You will guide workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives, while ensuring compliant employee relations and performance management.

Lead a team of People specialists, drive engagement and retention, and support global Centers of Excellence to deliver effective people solutions aligned with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field or equivalent experience/training.
• 5 years of human resources experience.
• 3 years in handling team member relations.
• 2 years staff supervisory/management experience or equivalent.
• Fluently read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with leaders across multiple countries within an assigned region as a strategic People partner.
• Advise leaders on people strategies, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in line with local labor laws and company policies.
• Partner with leaders to execute annual people processes and drive engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
• Support talent management activities including succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and performance management.
• Lead and develop a team of People specialists located across multiple countries, providing coaching and support for consistent service delivery.
• Establish priorities, allocate work, and foster collaboration across dispersed teams to execute regional People initiatives.
