Job summary

Aptar Querétaro is seeking a Project Manager, GBS to lead regional and global transformation initiatives across the Americas. The role reports to the Director, PMO GBS and is based in Queretaro, México.

You will drive governance, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate with GBPO, HR and IS teams, and ensure SOX controls and change management are integrated as part of standardized global processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Project Management in Global Shared Services.
• 5 years minimum experience in Finance with strong General Accounting & P2P.
• ERP experience like SAP; strong MS Project and BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and global transformation projects within GBS.
• Ensure PMO governance, methodologies, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with GBPO, GBS GLT, HR and IS for resources and risks.
• Oversee change management and training; align with SOX controls.
