Koch Companies is seeking a Traffic Specialist to coordinate domestic and international transportation, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-efficient movement of materials, components, finished goods, and customer shipments. You will manage freight execution, carrier coordination, shipment tracking, and documentation, working with internal teams, carriers, brokers, and customers.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years in traffic, logistics, or import/export.
• Experience coordinating carriers, brokers, and cross-border shipments.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation.
• ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound/outbound transport including domestic, cross-border, import and export shipments.
• Schedule and track shipments with carriers, forwarders, brokers, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure timely customer shipments and ASN compliance with transport docs.
• Monitor status and escalate delays, customs issues, capacity constraints, or delivery risks.
• Prepare and validate documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, pedimentos, POD, and shipping records.
• Support compliance with IMMEX, customs, CTPAT/OEA, and internal requirements.
• Coordinate premium freight requests, approvals, tracking, and cost visibility.
• Coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations.
• Support freight cost control and KPI reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies, damaged shipments, or documentation errors.
• Maintain shipment records in ERP/TMS and portals.
• Support CI initiatives to improve transit time, freight cost, and delivery reliability.
