Job summary

Responsibilities include processing re-bills and credits with carriers, monitoring holds, and ensuring compliance with MVE and tax rules. Strong Oracle ERP and advanced Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a global logistics environment.
• Direct experience using Oracle ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Freight tariffs and rating knowledge.
• Accounts Payable and audit workflows familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the 5211 queue and exception handling; code invoices to GL accounts.
• Submit weekly re-bill and credit requests; track and reconcile disputes.
• Resolve AP holds by reviewing aging reports within one week.
• Monitor outstanding hold balances and escalate large amounts to leadership.
• Submit SRs to AP Mexico for verification and approvals.
• Verify carrier invoices and SAT submission; request credits/releases as needed.
• Ensure freight invoices, contracts and vouchers support MVE reporting.
