KMS Technology is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, FP&A — Global Forecasting & Financial Data to act as a senior business partner to the Global Head of FP&A and own the company’s forecasting and financial data infrastructure across the Americas. The role drives accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of forecasting data for executives.

This build-and-own position emphasizes moving from scattered spreadsheets to a cohesive, linked model and standardized Excel databases that empower analysis

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in FP&A or financial modeling.
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS or services.
• Experience with globally distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design of the consolidated forecast model.
• Lead weekly Funnel-to-Cash and monthly forecasts.
• Partner with Accounting to redesign consolidation.
• Develop analytics and forecasting innovations.
• Provide data and analysis for executive reporting.
