Sensata is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analysis of the company’s finance and expenses. You will build financial models, track operational metrics and provide decision support to leadership with actionable insights.

The role requires strong communication, team collaboration and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, using Microsoft Office tools. Strong integrity and attention to detail are essential for success.

Formación

• A university degree required (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization and time management to achieve results
• High integrity and accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong collaboration to work with all levels including suppliers/customers

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create models for decision support
• Report on financial performance for leadership reviews
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends with recommendations
• Provide trend analyses and forecasts for optimization actions
• Analyze data and perform comparative analyses; study proposed changes
• Drive process improvements including ad-hoc reports and tools
• Analyze market opportunities and risks for growth and efficiency
