Bring IT is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to own the client’s Financial Planning & Analysis function within its Finance BPO practice. You will drive forecasting, financial modeling, executive reporting, and strategic decision support while partnering with the CFO in an embedded finance role for a U.S.

client. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, build advanced Power BI dashboards, and mentor at least one team member.

Formación

5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables and scenario analysis.
Advanced Power BI experience including dashboard development and data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and experience presenting to executives.

Responsabilidades

Own the end-to-end FP&A function.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Maintain and improve the organization’s forecasting model.
Build and enhance executive dashboards using Power BI.
Analyze performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop executive‑level reports and presentations for leadership.
Translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
Partner with the CFO to support strategic decision‑making.
Drive continuous improvements across reporting, planning, and analytics processes.
Manage and develop one direct report.
Ensure models are accurate, scalable, and aligned with objectives.
