KMS Technology is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, FP&A — Global Forecasting & Financial Data, to own forecasting data infrastructure and partner with the Global Head of FP&A. This Americas-based role focuses on building Excel-based data models and a unified forecasting approach across regions.

The position emphasizes data governance, scalable modeling, and collaboration with cross-regional teams to enable rapid executive insights and decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A or financial modeling.
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS or services company preferred.
• Strong Excel modeling, data management, and ability to build pivot-ready datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Own design and maintenance of standardized Excel databases surfacing data from source systems and Power BI.
• Lead transition from multiple files to a cohesive, linked financial model.
• Develop consolidated forecast model integrating pipeline, revenue, cost, and regional inputs.
• Partner with Accounting to redesign consolidation process for executive reporting.
• Provide data, models, and analysis for executive/board materials.
