Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance‑related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Fluency in English with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Valid Visa.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with the calendar published by the finance and accounting organizations.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights on variances and trends on key metrics across the business.
• Develop & present quarterly forecasts, providing appropriate color and context around variances to prior forecast, prior year, and plan.
• Regularly review/analyze key performance trends to understand and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Drive system automation, develop finance metrics based on business requirements.
• Provide technical, and financial subject matter expertise to the business leadership team.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and investigations as requested by leadership.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
