Empresaconfidencial is seeking an Export Operations Specialist in Saltillo to coordinate cross-border shipments, ensure compliance with Mexican customs laws, and prepare essential export documents such as pedimentos, COVE, DODA, invoices, and packing lists.

You will manage customs clearances, maintain records, monitor KPIs, and support audits while collaborating with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to optimize performance and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in export operations, customs compliance, or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Customs Law, RGCE, Annex 22, and export regulations.
• Experience managing export documentation and customs compliance processes.
• Proficiency with VUCEM, SOIA, CAAREM, and related customs platforms.
• Knowledge of international transportation, export procedures, and cross-border operations.
• Experience working in IMMEX environments and familiarity with Annex 24 and Annex 30 is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor export shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant cross-border deliveries.
• Prepare, review, and manage export documentation (Export Pedimentos, COVE, DODA, commercial invoices, packing lists).
• Coordinate export customs clearances and border crossings with carriers, brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law, export regulations, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate export records and electronic files per customs and company policies.
• Monitor shipment status, identify delays, and provide proactive solutions for on-time delivery.
• Analyze export operation data and generate KPI reports.
• Validate export declarations and supporting documentation prior to customs clearance.
• Ensure accuracy of information within customs, transportation, and ERP systems to minimize discrepancies.
• Support internal audits, trade compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
