Empresaconfidencial in Saltillo, MX, is seeking an experienced import operations professional to coordinate timely materials importation, border crossings, and customs clearance. You will review documentation, maintain electronic records, and generate daily reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires at least five years in import operations, strong knowledge of Mexican Customs Law (RGCE, Annex 22), and proficiency with key platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations or a similar customs-related position.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Customs Law, RGCE, and Annex 22.
• Experience managing import documentation and customs compliance processes.
• Proficiency with VUCEM, SOIA, CAAREM, and related customs platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to import operations.
• Conversational English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor timely importation of raw materials, warehouse shipments, rework units, and LTL freight.
• Prepare, review, and validate import documentation, including Import Pedimentos, COVE, DODA, commercial invoices, and supporting customs records.
• Coordinate border crossings and customs clearance activities with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review consolidated import transactions, validate closures, and ensure timely payment processing.
• Maintain accurate import operation files and electronic records in compliance with customs regulations.
• Generate and analyze daily import operation reports and shipment status updates.
• Ensure data accuracy across customs and internal systems to prevent discrepancies and compliance issues.
• Support customs audits, trade compliance initiatives, and operational process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law and all applicable foreign trade regulations.
