Molex is seeking an Export Specialist to support global export operations and ensure on‑time delivery while complying with international trade regulations.

You will collaborate with customers, logistics providers, brokers, and manufacturing teams to execute export activities and improve processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in export/intl logistics are required, with English proficiency and SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Export Operations or International Logistics.
• Conversational English required.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
• SAP or ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate global export shipments and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company requirements.
• Prepare shipping instructions, export invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
• Work with freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers.
• Monitor export compliance risks and facilitate issue resolution.
• Support country‑of‑origin and trade program requirements.
• Maintain export records and support audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in export processes.
