Job summary

Carestream Healthcare International is seeking an expert to coordinate the annual RSNA meeting and other international exhibitions, leading planning, vendor coordination, and client relations to ensure successful brand presentation.

The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to convert exhibition traffic into digital assets, and coordinating cross-cultural teams while managing travel requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in international business, exhibition management, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years managing overseas exhibitions and international events.
• RSNA or major medical exhibitions experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, PM tools, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Fluent English for global partner communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute RSNA annual meeting and overseas exhibitions end-to-end.
• Coordinate venues, construction, logistics, and on-site services.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to meet milestones.
• Support sales with registration and CRM data integration.
• Communicate across international teams and travel as needed.
