Job summary

Reuters Events seeks an experienced Event Producer to own the delivery of world-class events across industries such as sustainable business, pharmaceuticals, energy, and AI. You will secure senior speakers, VIP attendees and deliver compelling live experiences while working with cross-functional partners to meet commercial goals.

You will represent Reuters Events with high standards, building relationships with industry leaders and turning market challenges into opportunities through engaging

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• Experience supporting, coordinating, or producing events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in person, email and phone.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to communicate with colleagues, clients, senior executives, speakers, and other stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
• Ability to work well in a team while owning individual responsibilities and outcomes.

• Produce world-class events across critical industries.
• Build industry relationships with senior decision-makers and VIP attendees.
• Develop engaging content translating complex topics into relevant programs.
• Manage multiple events throughout the year with clear priorities and timelines.
