S&P Dow Jones Indices is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure onboarding, validation, and management of dynamic attributes across our data platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to uphold data integrity and improve operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes data validation, quality control of universe-level calculations, and timely delivery of data products across client platforms. A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

Support the validation and maintenance of index and company-level data used across SPDJI products.
Review equity fundamental data for a global universe of companies.
Assist in the production and quality control of SPDJI universe-level calculation products.
Perform data checks to help ensure service level agreements and delivery timelines are met.
Support the distribution and maintenance of standard index data products on client-facing platforms.
Assist with maintaining dynamic attribute datasets and recurring calculations.
Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies as they arise.
Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to support daily operational activities and project work.
