S&P Dow Jones Indices seeks an Operations Associate to help onboard and manage dynamic attributes, ensuring data integrity across datasets and workflows. You will validate index data, support global data products, and collaborate with index managers, R&D, commercial teams, and IT.

The role emphasizes data quality, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across NY, Beijing, and Mumbai, with opportunities for growth and exposure to industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with spreadsheets and large datasets.

• Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain index and company-level data.
• Review equity fundamental data for a global universe.
• Support production and quality control of calculation products.
• Perform data checks to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Distribute and maintain standard index data on client platforms.
• Maintain dynamic attribute datasets and recurring calculations.
• Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies.
• Document processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team to support daily operations and projects.
