Boldrimpact in Mérida, Yucatán is seeking a Director, Global Employment to lead and grow their Employer of Record services and global hiring solutions. You will own the strategy, operations, and P&L responsibility while fostering client relationships and driving team collaboration.

This leadership role requires extensive experience in EoR services and operational management. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client success, influencing C-level executives and improving workforce solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years in EoR (PEO) and RPO operations with P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Suite applications and cloud-based tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Global Employment team and execute GE strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with Client executives.
• Drive cross-functional execution with various teams.
