Job summary

The Opportunity

WeWork is looking for an organized, detail-oriented email marketer to support the development, implementation, and management of global campaigns to members, prospects, and brokers. You’ll be part of WeWork’s global Email, CRM, & Web team, reporting to the Manager, Email Marketing, and be a key partner to the broader Marketing organization, Sales, Technology, and Member Experience teams. This role will help with campaign setup, quality checks, scheduling, and reporting, while keeping production moving by tracking briefs, assets, approvals, and deadlines across teams. You’ll also manage content updates on our digital in-building screens. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role suited to someone early in their marketing career who enjoys both campaign execution and project coordination. You’ll work with your manager on campaign priorities, testing opportunities, and ensuring the email production process flows smoothly. You will have hands‑on email development experience and the opportunity to grow your email operations skillset. This person should thrive in environments with high cross‑functional collaboration and be comfortable working at a fast paced company with a global footprint. You must be capable of facilitating project review meetings, drafting comprehensive campaign briefs, and evaluating performance metrics fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of global email campaigns targeting members, prospects, and brokers, by updating HTML, links, and images within email templates
• Partner with stakeholders to develop email request briefs for new campaign builds and ensure all elements are complete before entering production (ie. Note missing elements like UTMs, images, targeting, etc.)
• Identify testing opportunities for improving email engagement and driving higher attribution by optimizing messaging across subject lines, CTAs, and personalization
• Manage the efficiency of the team’s production queue through stakeholder management, ensuring requests align with team capacity
• Implement extremely detail-oriented reviews while emails are in production, flagging any issues, missing assets, or risks early in the process
• Manage, develop, and execute content strategy for WeWork’s digital in-building screens globally, managing intake via JIRA, developing new creative templates, and uploading onto building screens
• Back the team’s strategy on an ongoing basis, ensuring team production and performance documents are current with existing templates, offers, and KPIs

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related.
• Proficient in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of email marketing experience
• HTML and CSS experience required
• Understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Experience with A/B testing and email optimization to drive conversion and engagement
• Embraces an analytical approach and is comfortable working with data and digging into numbers
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze
