Lonza is seeking a Director of Master Data and Systems to lead the global data strategy across CHI Supply Chain. This role drives governance, data quality, and system enablement for a scalable, standalone Shared Services operating model.

You will shape the target operating model, lead a global Master Data organization, and partner with IT, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance and Commercial to deliver sustainable data capabilities and uninterrupted business continuity during transition.

Formación

• 10+ years of Master Data Management, Data Governance and Supply Chain experience.
• Deep SAP Master Data structures knowledge and ERP implementation experience.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills to manage global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global Master Data strategy and governance for CHI Supply Chain.
• Build standalone Global Master Data and Service organization for standalone readiness.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and capability development for a high-performing global team.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with governance standards.
