Lonza Group Ltd. seeks a Director of Master Data and Systems to lead global data governance, analytics, and SAP Master Data initiatives. You will architect the operating model for a standalone Shared Services setup and drive readiness across regions, partnering with Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.

The role demands strategic vision, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, and a track record of delivering scalable data solutions in a multinational environment. Fluent English required.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Supply Chain.
• Deep technical/functional experience with SAP Master Data structures and ERP implementations.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proven leadership of large global teams and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global Master Data strategy and governance framework.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for data quality and governance.
• Lead organizational build-out and standalone Shared Services transformation.
• Define target operating model, service delivery, and resource strategy for standalone readiness.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and capability development.
• Drive knowledge transfer and ensure business continuity during transitions.
• Establish Shared Service Center governance, SLAs, and service catalogs.
• Ensure global coverage, working hours, time-zone strategies, and support structures.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
