Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years in customs broker environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and forward freight to designated locations.
• Coordinate clearance with government agencies and carriers.
• Communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors.
• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Assist with reports and analysis using company databases and software.
