Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions in Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented customs documentation clerk to support our freight forwarding operations. You will prepare customs entries, reconcile documents and coordinate shipments with international and domestic carriers.

The role requires basic knowledge of customs regulations, strong communication skills, and reliability to meet tight deadlines. Weekend rotation may be required; this position offers permanent employment within a Fortune Global 500

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations.
Basic computer skills and basic HS system understanding.

Responsibilities

Preparation of customs entries and forwarding freight to designated locations.
Audit documents and communicate discrepancies to client and supervisor.
Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations and follow the clearance process.
File entries to customs via GBS-CM in a timely and accurate manner.
Establish and maintain client relationships; perform office/data entry tasks.
