Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and other government departments.
• Basic computer skills: basic understanding of HS system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and forward freight to designated locations.
• Communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisor.
• Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations and follow the clearance process.
• Filing entries to customs via GBS-CM in a timely manner.
• Handle general office and data entry tasks and prepare reports as needed.
