Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations.
• Basic computer skills with HS system understanding.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate discrepancies clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries and forward freight to designated locations.
• Interface with international and domestic carriers and importers.
• Communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and supervisors.
• Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations and follow the clearance process.
• Maintain client relationships and perform data entry tasks as required.
• Potential weekend schedule on rotation and holiday shifts as needed.
