DSV in Mexico City is seeking a Customs Assistant to prepare and manage customs declarations (Export/Import/Transit), Intrastat filings, and authorization processes (POA), while supporting fiscal representation-related financial settlements within DSV's Global/International Shared Service Center.

As a contact for DSV branches and customers, you will ensure compliance with customs and tax regulations and contribute to process automation and continuous improvement of team processes.

Formación

• Higher education in customs, transport, logistics or related fields.
• English knowledge at least B2 level.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process customs declarations, Intrastat filings, and related documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Obtain, verify, and maintain the necessary customs and tax information and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from DSV branches and customers, providing timely operational support.
• Ensure proper documentation, data entry, archiving, and compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Identify and report operational issues and support their resolution.
• Participate in process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Participate in team and operational meetings and contribute to achieving team objectives.
• Ensure compliance with DSV policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable legal requirements.
