Termocontroles de Juarez S. de R.L. de C.V. in Juarez, Mexico, seeks a Customs Assistant to ensure smooth import/export processes and accurate invoicing. You will manage Annex 24 activities, prepare consignments, and maintain detailed documentation for clearing customs in both import and export operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work under pressure with a team. Fluency in English/Spanish and schedule flexibility are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Knowledge of computer systems.
• Bilingual 50% requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare virtual import and export invoices in Annex 24 System.
• Prepare import invoices and complete the check list.
• Prepare consolidated export invoices and generate customs documents for clearance.
• Prepare import and final export invoices and clearance documents.
• Prepare import of chemicals and approval process in customs and clearance documents.
• Generate virtual petitions in SAAI.
• Generate consolidated petitions in SAAI.
• Create spreadsheets of import pedimentos.
• Audit high security seals and register them.
• Track imports/exports in the log.
• Track shipments via GPS.
• Participate in department requirements.
• Comply with C-TPAT and OAS profile security guidelines.
• Maintain physical and electronic files of operations.
