NielsenIQ (NIQ) is seeking a Junior Global Customer Support Executive to be the first line of contact for NIQ Brandbank supplier clients across markets. You will collaborate with Account Management and Operations to ensure timely inquiries are addressed and service performance is tracked.

This full-time hybrid role offers exposure to data tools such as Power BI and Salesforce, with opportunities to grow within a leading consumer intelligence company.

Formación

• Experience in customer support or related role.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Experience in a B2B environment and KPI-driven settings.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for supplier clients via email, chat, and other channels within SLA.
• Develop understanding of NIQ Brandbank portfolio and associated tools.
• Monitor usage against allowances and advise on solutions.
• Coordinate product deliveries with operations for timely service delivery.
• Generate and maintain regular customer and business reports and insights.
• Analyze data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure high-quality service.
