Hussmann, a global leader in commercial refrigeration, is hiring a Customer Service Intern in Tijuana, Mexico. You will support administrative and operational activities within the department and help manage customer service documentation.

Responsibilities include registering new models in SAP, creating orders and shippers, and maintaining digital documents. The role offers hands-on experience in a global company and English-skill enhancement.

Formación

• Pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field, preferably in final semesters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of data entry and database management.
• Advanced English.
• SAP knowledge (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Register new models in SAP.
• Support the creation of shippers for parts from China.
• Manage digital supporting documents for shipments to be invoiced.
• Create orders and shippers.
• Enter and update information in systems and databases.
• Support the organization and management of physical and digital documentation.
• Provide support with daily Customer Service department activities.
