• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of customer service, order management, or sales operations.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong English communication (speaking, writing, comprehension).

Responsabilidades

• Track orders and manage order processing for pharmacies.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely billing and invoicing.
• Collaborate with sales network and GMS to improve service and reduce lead times.
• Identify and resolve customer service issues with Commercial Operations and Shared Services.
