Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) seeks a Coordinator, Creative Operations to provide operational coordination for the Marketing and Communications team. You will help keep timelines, workflows, and communications aligned across time zones, from intake through delivery.

Responsibilities include planning, documentation, vendor and contract management, meeting logistics, and maintaining standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in project coordination or creative operations.
• Understanding of creative, marketing workflows.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects from intake through delivery with timelines and risk escalation.
• Support planning, documentation, and templates for projects.
• Maintain workflows and team rhythm; manage blockers.
• Coordinate vendor, contract, and financial operations within EO systems.
• Arrange logistics for global meetings, travel, and materials.
• Maintain SOPs and drive operational improvements.
