Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is seeking a Senior Designer to lead high-quality visual design across digital, print, web, campaigns, and branded member experiences. You will partner with marketers, writers, and developers to elevate EO’s global presence and scale brand systems across regions, chapters, and audiences.

You will mentor designers and freelancers, build reusable design libraries, and ensure accessibility and polished production-ready work across global EO initiatives.

Formación

• 5–7 years of relevant design experience across digital, print, brand, and campaign work.

Responsabilidades

• Design compelling creative for digital campaigns, email, social media, web pages, presentations, event promotion, toolkits, paid media, and internal brand materials.
• Create print-ready assets including signage, collateral, reports, event materials, flyers, banners, and branded templates.
• Design web pages and digital experiences that are visually strong, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with brand and conversion goals.
• Translate briefs into thoughtful concepts and polished executions that balance creativity, speed, accessibility, and business needs.
• Maintain and evolve EO brand standards across channels, ensuring consistency in typography, layout, imagery, accessibility, and overall design quality.
