MetLife Mexico seeks a Senior Corporate Communications Director to lead strategy, elevate brand reputation, and support sales with compelling communications across internal and external channels.

You will build narratives, manage media relations, and mentor a high-performing team to drive engagement and growth in a regulated market. This role collaborates with marketing, HR, and product teams to protect MetLife’s leadership voice.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience leading corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, and reputation management.
• Experience with media monitoring tools, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting to drive strategic decisions.
• Content management to plan and optimize internal and external communications across audiences.
• Communications measurement and analytics with KPIs like Share of Voice and sentiment analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that drives business priorities, strengthens brand reputation, and builds trust among employees, sales force, media, and external stakeholders.
• Create clear, relevant narratives and content that bring MetLife's purpose, strategy, and value proposition to life across leadership communications, media content, and owned channels.
• Oversee internal and external communication programs, ensuring alignment with regional and global guidelines.
• Manage a high-performing communications team and external partners, establishing governance and KPIs to ensure measurable impact on reputation and engagement.
• Develop proactive PR and media strategies that increase visibility and position the company as a trusted voice in protection, financial inclusion, and customer-centered innovation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Business & Product, Sales, Sustainability, Legal, and Global Communications teams to deliver integrated, timely communications that enable growth.
