Johnson Controls is seeking a Supply Chain Legal Contracts Specialist to support contract administration across requests, triage, drafting, negotiation, and documentation. You will collaborate with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver practical contracting solutions and ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating various agreements, maintaining process playbooks, and generating executive-ready summaries to aid decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management or legal operations.
• Experience reviewing English-language contracts in multinational environments.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Triage contract requests based on risk and business needs.
• Track requests in procurement and legal workflows to keep deadlines.
• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement, SaaS, IT, and services agreements.
• Use Ariba and Onit for contract lifecycle management and approvals.
• Coordinate approvals and follow-ups, and escalate where needed.
• Maintain playbooks, manuals, and reports to ensure consistency.
• Prepare summaries and executive-ready presentations for decision-making.
