Takeda seeks a Total Rewards Operations professional to deliver and support global Total Rewards programs through disciplined operations, analysis, and governance. You will work with HR, Finance, and partners to ensure accurate data, strong controls, and timely program execution across a global organization.

You will help maintain data quality, support audits, and identify improvements while contributing to operational excellence in Total Rewards processes across regions and systems such as

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, HR, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a global, matrixed environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.

Mansioni

• Execute global Total Rewards processes within governance frameworks and controls.
• Coordinate annual programs and ad hoc activities across assigned areas.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Workday and third-party systems.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support leadership decisions and reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely program execution.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities by assessing risks and gaps.
• Maintain process documentation and audit materials for compliance and governance.
• Support audits and compliance reviews with data and governance information.
