PayJoy is seeking a Collections Analytics & Strategy Manager in Mexico City to define the strategic direction of the Global Collections team. This role requires solid quantitative skills, including statistical modeling and hypothesis testing, to drive business decisions and set collections strategy.

The successful candidate will lead A/B tests, measure impact, and own agency ROI monitoring while fostering a data-driven culture. If you have a background in Data Science or Analytics, we encourage you to apply.

• Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to design and run A/B tests and analyze results.
• Proficiency in translating statistical findings into business strategies.
